Home to us on the day the towers fell.
Thirty minutes from D.C.
I still remember the fear of that day; the day we were assaulted.
The day Fear entered our Home.
As for me and my house... my husband... we will never forget.

A terrible day indeed.

It was the day after my daughter's birthday and she was crying and said she didn't want to live in a world where people could do this.

It was my best friends birthday. It has forever put a sadness to a day that she should be happy. She and her husband, both friends from highschool days, were staying at my home for a visit..and we woke up to it when another dear friend called to tell me to turn on the TV. It's still unbelieveable.
